Enabling Agency and Wellbeing
The 4th June 2025, saw over 140 of us gather for our 3rd National Conference in Personalised Care, which this year focused on 'Enabling Agency and Wellbeing'. As with previous years, participants were drawn from a wide variety of diverse backgrounds including Health Coaches, Link Workers, Care Coordinators, GPs, Nurses, Physios, Pharmacists, Nutritionists, Academics and colleagues from the law profession.

The day was a good mix of Plenary Sessions, Parallel Workshops on a variety of topics including Self Compassion, Thinking well and Peer Support, Metabolic Health, Pain Management and Physical Activity. It was great to be able to appreciate the valuable work that colleagues are doing across the country, through the poster exhibition. There were opportunities for great conversations and connecting with like-minded (and different-minded) people, in the wonderful welcoming space created by the Peak Health Team and Sheffield Hallam University.
