Virtual Care Co-ordinator Conference
6th November 2024, 1:30 – 5:00pm
Peak Health Coaching has trained over 500 Care Co-ordinators in our 2 day PCI accredited introduction course. This FREE half day workshop is designed for attendees of our courses, or who are working in a Care Co-ordinator role in primary care.
We seek to offer people in these important but challenging roles a space to connect with like minded people, hear what is happening across the country and to build on their previous learning and experience.

We hope it will inspire and recharge people working in these demanding roles. There will be a chance to learn what is working elsewhere and to consider how you can make your own role more meaningful and manageable.

Participants will hear from national trailblazers, expert trainers and peers and we will blend a mix of plenary speakers, small group discussion and personal time to think.
