On November 12th Peak Health Coaching jointly hosted an afternoon seminar with Mutual Ventures. 55 attendees brought experience and insight from a range of work place pilots where health coaching has been used to support people back into work, or to stay in healthy work. Here we share the keynote talks and the outputs from the live mentimeter feedback during the session.
The session demonstrated the value that health coaching can bring to this highly topical area, and surfaced some of the enablers and challenges in rolling out the benefits.
This was an excellent primer for our full annual conference May 6th 2026, where we will delve deeper into this hot topic.

Free Care Co-ordinator Conference
11th February 2026 (13.30 - 17.00)
Are you working as a care co-ordinator, aspiring to take on care co-ordinator roles, or organising care co-ordination in the NHS? Then this FREE half-day conference is for you!
Peak Health Coaching is the biggest trainer of Care Co-ordinators in the NHS, training 300-500 people each year. As a result, we understand the benefits and challenges, of making the most of the Care Co-ordinator role. This conference is dedicated to championing the contribution of Care Co-ordinators, and cementing the skills and approaches that we know most benefit staff and patients.
We will cover key hot topics for the role, especially understanding how to maintain the core spirit and function of care co-ordination in high pressure busy environments. Too often Care Co-ordination suffers at the expense of admin tasks and other priorities.
It will be a chance to connect with others in a similar role, share hopes, challenges and ideas, and boost your confidence and enthusiasm for this key role.
