Personalised Care Conference 2026 (report)
Health Coaching for Health Working Lives

Peak Health Coaching hosted our 4th National Conference in Personalised Care which took place in Sheffield in May 2026

Personalised Care Conference 2026
Health Coaching for Health Working Lives

The 6th May, saw over 100 of us gather for our 4th National Conference in Personalised Care, which this year focused on 'Health Coaching for Healthy Working Lives'.  As with previous years, participants were drawn from a wide variety of diverse professional backgrounds and from many different regions of the country.

The day was a good mix of Plenary Sessions, Parallel Workshops on a variety of topics including mental health and chronic pain in the workplace as well as health and wellbeing coaching at work and supporting the healthy working life cycle.

Colleagues, were able to share their work through a poster exhibition and in a departure from previous years, we introduced a 'World Cafe' session after launch.  Supported by the expert facilitation fellow participants, colleagues were encouraged to join different tables to discuss areas that most interested them.  These included Mental Health, Menopause, Neurodiversity, Working with Groups and AI to name just a few.  There was an opportunity to move to a different table and topic and even a third, after grabbing a drink to continue conversations.

There were opportunities for great conversations and connecting with like-minded (and different-minded) people, in the wonderful welcoming space created by Sheffield Hallam University and the Peak Health Team.

We have done our best to capture some of the highlights below... (although nothing beats being there!)

Testimonials from delegates...

The Peak Health Coaching conference was a fabulous opportunity to connect with other health coaches, and to learn about how coaching is an essential part of wellbeing strategies for workplaces. The event was super well organised, and I've come away with so many ideas to enhance my practice. (Dr Vivien Rolfe, Pain Health Coach, Gloucestershire).
