Working Together - Integrated Team Approaches

Over 150 of us gathered in sunny Sheffield for an energising event of learning and sharing our experiences of health coaching and personalised care approaches.  This year the focus was on working as part of integrated  teams.  As with last year, the audience was made up of a wide variety of colleagues including Health Coaches, with a good representation from project and service managers, Care-Coordinators, Social Prescribing Link workers,  as well as OTs, Physios,  doctors and nurses.

The conference included plenary sessions from National Leaders and trailblazers, who spoke passionately about the importance of a coaching approach in health and in particular, the power of working as part of a team.  The parallel sessions this year focused on a health coaching and team approach in pain management, lifestyle medicine, working with groups, applying person-centred skills, as well as developing coaching practice.
