Peak Health Coaching provides tailored health coaching, with a wide range of courses which can be accessed from wherever you are.
Learning from the front line
With decades of experience as GPs, we train colleagues in what we know works well on the frontline of health and social care practice. We are uniquely placed to provide engaging and authentic training that draws on our real-life experience in the workplace alongside that of course participants. Additional roles in GP partnerships, Primary Care Networks and Community Anchor Organisations, allow us a broad perspective on the possibilities of more integrated working across these sectors.
This is reflected in both our day to day practice and the diversity of the courses we offer. Our training, mentoring and support seeks not only to address the training needs of participants, but the organisations and systems of which they are a precious part.
Tailored health coaching training
Peak Health Coaching has developed its own tailored Health Coaching approach, based on many years of experience of patients’ personal success stories and follows an intuitive path towards behaviour change.
Our Tailored Health Coaching Training encompasses a range of coaching models and approaches together with the concept of activation to ensure that participants leave with a practical approach they can use with their very next patient or client.
Participants undertaking our accredited 2-day programme, will have also completed days 1 and 2 (Module 1) of our 4-day accredited programme. This allows those who would like, to deepen their learning and experience of health coaching, to progress on to days 3 and 4 (module 2) of the accredited 4-day programme.
Although the 4-day programme is currently only essential for Health and Well-Being Coaches (HWBCs), our experience is that many colleagues want to go beyond their initial 2-days - and now they can!
